2021 – The Story So Far

Mar 9, 2021 | Customers

Despite the many challenges that came with the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020, TMS saw an unprecedented increase in new customers moving over to our flagship Contract Costing software. It was a show of resilience that we would never have anticipated at the start of the pandemic.

Everyone hoped that 2021 would quickly turn the corner, but it soon became clear that there were still rough seas to navigate. As the first quarter of 2021 has nearly gone, we can begin to see a brighter landscape ahead, with the UK’s fantastic vaccine drive, schools reopening and a roadmap out of lockdown.

At TMS, we are proud to see that the appetite for Contract Costing is going from strength to strength. Not only have all our customers been updated for Domestic Reverse Charge VAT and Brexit legislation, but we have seen huge interest in customers looking to upgrade to the recently released next-generation version of Contract Costing.

In addition to this, new customers continue to join the TMS family even faster than in 2020! A warm welcome to: Premier Traffic Management LimitedYorkshire Groundworks & CivilsLewis Builders and Fortis Vision.

People from all over the UK are now seeing the benefits of a modern, state-of-the-art, robust contracting solution. We continually hear the same stories about people having older software that does not meet the needs of today, duplication of work (sometimes triple) and the need for it to be a hosted solution - Contract Costing solves all these problems.

As 2021 progresses, we have an ambitious development schedule to bring new modules and features to our next-generation Contract Costing software. With a focus on web applications, productivity and remote working, we've got a busy year ahead of us!
